Japanese People are Wonderful

This morning before Jon and Eric left for Tokyo, I was hanging out some laundry outside on our balcony, and the neighbour lady walks by getting rid of her garbage, we notice eachother, and each say Good Morning. She then comes up, and starts talking in really fast Japanese, so Eric runs over to help me translate, she wants to give me flowers. So she goes to her garden and cuts me around 20 roses! It was sooooo nice. All I had to give her was a Canadian pin.
I also had Japanese class today, it was more of just a conversation class, which was great! Everyone was really surprised to see me, as I didn't tell anyone I'd be there today. There were a few new people helping out, so I introduced myself at lunch. One lady (she looks about my age - but she has two kids, so I think she's in her early 30's) came and sat by me, and we talked for quite awhile, with my teacher helping me translate. She kept saying how good my pronunciation was.
After class Satou-san, Chikako-san, Naomi-san (the new lady I talked with for awhile), Sakatou-san, Kosai-san, and I went for a quick lunch. After lunch Kosai-san bought be a cute little key-chain teddy bear. I am very happy to be back in Japan and seeing all my friends again! They are so sweet!
