Today Eric and I have been going out for 3 years. We have made reservations at a place that has live Jazz and Blues music just down the street. I also thought it was time for an update. I have been working at Ricky's All Day Grill 5 days a week, although I usually only work between 5 and 7 hours per day, it has been going well. I like having the afternoons to myself. I have been painting and drawing lots and writing letters to my friends in Japan.
Eric and I have been looking for a place closer to the University and to the Foothills Hospital and finally found a basement suite for a really good deal. We will start living there (or Eric will start living there) Dec. 1st. I am staying in Okotoks until sometime in January for work, and then I will find another job closer to where we will be living.
My dad and little brother are coming to visit this weekend. It should be a good time with them. Not sure what we will do yet, but that will fall into place as it happens.
It is getting cold in Calgary, but we've only had one snowfall that is lasting so far. I am sure we will get more soon.
